The firm represents publicly and privately held companies, government agencies, municipalities, and coalitions in complex negotiations and litigation, as well as on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters, and transactional and strategic projects.
In addition, Volt & Vector advises and represents clients on the regulation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“UAS” or “drones”) before state and federal legislative bodies, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The firm has assisted clients in obtaining FAA approval for drone use in infrastructure maintenance and inspection and, since 2013, has expanded its practice to serve a diverse range of UAS clients across industries, including agriculture, construction, defense contracting, healthcare, real estate, and public sector entities.
